In this paper, we propose the distributed predictive control strategies of spiral wave in cardiac excitable media. The modified FitzHugh--Nagumo model was used to express the cardiac excitable media approximately. Based on the control-Lyapunov theory, we obtained the distributed control equation, which consists of a positive control-Lyapunov function and a positive cost function. Using the equation, we investigate two kinds of robust control strategies: the time-dependent distributed control strategy and the space-time dependent distributed control strategy. The feasibility of the strategies was demonstrated via an illustrative example, in which the spiral wave was prevented to occur, and the possibility for inducing ventricular fibrillation was eliminated. The strategies are helpful in designing various cardiac devices. Since the second strategy is more efficient and robust than the first one, and the response time in the second strategy is far less than that in the first one, the former is suitable for the quick-response control systems. In addition, our spatiotemporal control strategies, especially the second strategy, can be applied to other cardiac models, even to other reaction-diffusion systems.  相似文献

The dynamics and the transition of spiral waves in the coupled Hindmarsh--Rose (H--R) neurons in two-dimensional space are investigated in the paper. It is found that the spiral wave can be induced and developed in the coupled HR neurons in two-dimensional space, with appropriate initial values and a parameter region given. However, the spiral wave could encounter instability when the intensity of the external current reaches a threshold value of 1.945. The transition of spiral wave is found to be affected by coupling intensity D and bifurcation parameter r. The spiral wave becomes sparse as the coupling intensity increases, while the spiral wave is eliminated and the whole neuronal system becomes homogeneous as the bifurcation parameter increases to a certain threshold value. Then the coupling action of the four sub-adjacent neurons, which is described by coupling coefficient D’, is also considered, and it is found that the spiral wave begins to breakup due to the introduced coupling action from the sub-adjacent neurons (or sites) and together with the coupling action of the nearest-neighbour neurons, which is described by the coupling intensity D.  相似文献

Spiral waves, whose rotation center can be regarded as a point defect, widely exist in various two-dimensional excitable systems. In this paper, by making use of Duan's topological current theory, we obtain the charge density of spiral waves and the topological inner structure of its topological charge. The evolution of spiral wave is also studied from the topological properties of a two-dimensional vector field. The spiral waves are found generating or annihilating at the limit points and encountering, splitting, or merging at the bifurcation points of the two-dimensional vector field. 结合雅砻江两河口水电站3#导流洞改建的水工模型试验,研究了新型旋流阻塞和旋流扩散复合内消能泄洪洞的壁面压强特性。研究结果表明:在淹没堰流流态时,壁面压强在进口的堰面、竖井段和旋流洞段因阻塞的顶托作用整体增大;在起旋器出口下游侧的旋流洞的顶部仍然存在局部范围的低压区或负压区;在旋流阻塞段,流速增大,壁面压强减小,水流空化数降低;在旋流扩散段,壁面压强略大于或小于大气压。  相似文献

对螺旋型旋风分离器进行了两相流场的三维数值模拟.气体流场通过求解三维N-S方程得到,湍流模型采用了雷诺应力模型.计算结果表明,旋风分离器内部的流场分为两部分:螺旋通道内比较稳定的流场和筒体中心区域的复合涡结构流场.对颗粒运动轨迹的计算表明,颗粒在入口处的初始位置对颗粒分离有比较显著的影响.同时得到了不同入口速度下颗粒的分级效率曲线,并给出了气体流量对旋风分离器性能的影响,结果显示:气体流量的增加会提高分离效率,但同时导致压力损失的急剧增加.  相似文献

In this paper, a scheme of spatial perturbation is introduced into a class of excitable media, which are described by two-dimensional partial-differential equation models. Inertial acentric force (or centripetal force), which is generated by circumgyrating the whole system vs. a right axis, is used to disturb the system. The whole system becomes homogeneous as soon as the spatial perturbation is imposed on even when the noise is in consideration. 运用作者推导的动量积分关系式,分析了向有积水的斜置管道中分别吹入轴向气流和螺旋气流时积水的运动情况。结果表明:在大多数情况下,螺旋气流能除去斜置管道中积水;而轴向气流不能除去积水,一段时间后会出现逆流。这一结果与Horii和赵耀华等人在这个问题上所做的实验结果一致。此外,还讨论了不同的初始条件对排水情况的影响。  相似文献
